Dr. McKellips holds degrees in Management, Homeland Security, Operations, Business, and Information Technology. From 1985 to 1986 Dr. McKellips worked at John Knox Village in Lee's Summit, MO. as a security officer and developed the village's first hazardous materials management and response program. Dr. McKellips began the fire service in 1985 as a volunteer with Prairie Township Fire Protection District and continues as one today. 1986 Joined Northwest Cass Fire Protection District as a full time Fire and Rescue Technician. During his term he developed the driver and pump operators training program, vehicle maintenance program, and developed a public relations campaign. He also served as IAFF Local 3112 Vice President and shop Steward. 1992 Dr. McKellips Joined Springfield MO. Fire Department. During his tenure with Springfield, he developed a mentorship program with a local transitional facility for teenagers. He participated in developing the fire departments first computer information systems team, designed the departments hazardous materials protocols, provided computer technical support, developed the department air pack maintenance program, and helped build team relations in the stations. Dr. McKellips owned and operated Computechnology from 1994 through 2004. Providing local internet service, network design, installation, and repair service, PC repair, Windows, DOS and Linux support. He developed several small programs and scripts in Linux with PERL and shell scripts. Computechnology. Dr. McKellips taught IT classes for ITT Technical Institute until their closing, and now provides engineering support and consulting at Missouri State University for distance learning.

Matt Halaschak

Matthew Halaschak has an Associates degree in Electronics Engineering and an Associates degree in Network Systems Administration. From 1993 to 2004, he worked for Circuit City stores as an Lead Installer and then was promoted to a 12 Volt Technician. Matthew Halaschak worked for Troxell Communications in Phoenix Arizona from 2004 to 2006 as an Installation Technician. He installed audio, video and camera systems for schools and jail systems. From 2006 to 2009, he maintained all of the infastructure for Circuit City stores in Arizona. Matthew Halaschak also worked for Walmart store in Warsaw, Missouri from 2009 to 2014 as a Frozen Dairy Manager. In 2015 to present, he works for Corporate Business Systems, maintaining printers at Cox Hospital. In his spare time, Matthew Halaschak designs electronics for model railroading as a hobby.
